'The room wasn’t totally clean. There were coffee spots by the coffee maker on the table and something sticky in the carpet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outside pool was perfect for our little ones with the more shallow pool.'

'Very beautiful!. We loved Bear Cabin. It was very clean. The decor was very nice and they put a lot of thought annd work into making the cabin very comfortable. I enjoyed the inside while my husband and daughter enjoyed the outside. It was so quiet and peaceful. The water sounds from the pond was so relaxing. The host was very nice. They supplied a lot of amenities including a flashlight. We also enjoyed the friendly cat that kept us company as well. Check in and check out was simple and easy....

'I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.'

'I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area.'
