Spent Saturday in: Boonsboro (breakfast at Dream Diner), Antietam, Harper's Ferry, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, and dinner in Hagerstown (Arepa Queen). All super convenient to this location, but it's farm country so it feels a million miles away from the noise of cities and towns. '

Access was easy and the owner was very accommodating. breakfast food provided in the room, which was a nice touch. 10 minute walk into town down a steep hill but there were also a couple nice restaurants very close and the AT conservancy office is right across the street. 'This is one of the best VRBO places we have stayed. It is very well stocked with everything you would need. The bright interior is lovely. You feel like you are staying in someone’s home. The grounds are beautiful and it is very private and peaceful. Pino is a marvelous host. Just be aware that the house is at the end of a long country lane. I would assuredly stay again! '
