'The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. 'The excellent location and good price were definitely the main factors in my choice. The only downside was a hair in the bed (unfortunately not a sign of perfect hygiene, but I understand that can happen) and the shower head wasn't perfectly stable.
As for the structure, nothing to complain about.'

'Great location, right next to a Tesco express. Flat is roomy with great kitchen space and facilities. Shame you can’t go onto the balcony.
Main issue is room is very hot and it was only April. Hard to cool down the room. Shower was also a bit temperamental and went cold every so often. But otherwise great appartment to stay in for a couple of days!'

'Great location and simple check-in. The property was very clean and comfortable, with all the bits you'd need to feel at home. The only issue was the kettle that had a terrible leak, and the coffe machine was loud and tricky to operate.'

'Fabulous! Apartment was exactly as pictured.
View of Westminster and London Eye from
balcony was extra special. Plenty of room for family of 5. Close to all transport, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Grab some waters and essentials from
the Tesco around the corner and you are all
set. Would definitely return!'
