With stunning views across the coast, a roaring wood burner and large wrap-around garden, this wonderful detached cottage in the tranquil hamlet of Pengroeslon is the ideal location for a coastal getaway to the Llyn Peninsula. The modern fitted kitchen, open plan living area and lovingly decorated bedrooms and perfectly balanced with the original features, exposed beams and large inglenook fireplace. Cook up a storm on the BBQ in the spacious enclosed garden or enjoy a luxuriously long soak in the free-standing clawfoot bath after a day of exploring the area's outstanding beauty. Well-situated for a number of attractions, you have National Trust beach of Porthor to the west, the fashionable seaside town of Abersoch to the east and the nearby villages of Sarn Mellteyrn and Aberdaron - home to some lovely pubs and local convenience stores. Slightly further afield are the the sheltered beaches and scenic headlands of Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn where you can tee off at one of the UK's top golf courses before a meal at Porthdinllaen's Ty Coch Inn.

Rooms: Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen/living area with wood burner, a utility room, double bedroom, single (2'6") bedroom and bathroom with bath and separate shower. First Floor: Crog Loft - single (3ft) bedroom (please note: headroom is limited in this space, please refer to the images). 
Kitchen and utilities:  Open plan fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and dining table with 4 chairs. Separate utility room with washing machine. 
Entertainment: Smart TV, board games and books in living area. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate not provided.
Outside:  Large wrap-around enclosed lawned garden with far-reaching coastal views out to sea. Gravelled patio area with circular wooden table, parasol & four chairs as well as a charcoal BBQ and log store.
General: Central heating and electricity included. Initial supply of logs for the wood burner included. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer. provided. 
Pets: 2 dog welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.
No smoking  inside the cottage.
Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 2 cars.
