'The house, grounds and view were wonderful. Everything we needed was there, and the host was very helpful. If i texted he got back to me promptly. He was also helpful in making suggestions of interesting places to go and sights to see. Highly recommend, i would stay there again!'

'The perfect holiday home to relax in, with modern furnishings and everything was pristine. There is even a spa pool. And we were so grateful we were able to bring our dog. We didn’t have time to try making waffles - next time!It’s a short walk to the beautiful beach and a good little centre that has a picture theatre. Friendly hosts, that provided good information and were quick to respond. '

'Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we wished we had planned to stay longer. Only a small drive away from most activities in Rotorua while also being well away from that famous sulfur smell. No fuss check in and not a long list of instructions for departure '

'The property is presented beautifully and well furnished, plenty of space in the garden for the kids to run around and being directly across from the beach was great. Also having the two spaces for watching tv meant we could all find our own space for some quiet time. '

'Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. 'Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price'

'We loved Tim's place. The views were amazing, the house was cozy, and we loved digging a hole at the hot water beach just below the house. It was magic!'
