'We rented Sam's home to host our family and close friends for my daughter's wedding reception. Everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. We used the patio for the wedding reception, and it was magical. Sam was flexible and very communicative, which is so important when hosting a wedding.'

'The cabin was exactly what we were looking for and more. It had all the accommodations for our large group and it was very spacious. The house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the near future. The host was amazing, responsive and provided detailed information when needed. A perfect getaway!'

'This property was perfect for my family and friends to stay a couple nights. Lots of fun, pool was perfect, great views, plenty of room. Host was very helpful and even gave us a goodie bag that was waiting for us at check in. '

'We stayed for just one night in our way to San Francisco but this was a great place for us to rest with our dogs. The house isnt fancy but is clean and very big! Way more space than we needed but we enjoyed the cool weather (15-20 degrees cooler than in the valley) and loved walking to the market and deli down the hill.'

'Overall our stay was great! there were not any instructions or maps inside the apartment - which was okay, the host was extremely responsive when there was a miscommunication about our parking. We also got out check out instructions after we had already left haha, so hopefully we did everything correctly. But like I said, overall it was a great place!'

'The picture on the listing dont do justice to the property. Beautiful views, the backyard/pool/tennis courts are maintained impeccably. Perfect gateaway to disconnect. Orange trees all around the house. Great hosts. We were a group of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids). the house was just about big enough. Everything for our comfort was taken care of. We will definitely be back.'

'The tri level house is very nice and centrally located- 3 miles from Mt Pinos biking and hiking area and a 5min drive to town. The Keurig did not work and they offered to bring us another right away- gotta have that coffee . Needs some form of ice maker even if just ice cube trays. The kitchen is huge although no one was in the cooking mood. But the living room space was a great hangout. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Highly recommend '

'This was a fantastic space for the two of us, with an ample deck. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't really spend much time out on the patio, and we were only here for a short stay while visiting friends in Glendale. The only thing to be aware of with this property is the windows: they have regular plastic blinds. Great for privacy, but they're not adequate for blocking out sunlight in the mornings. So if you're looking to sleep in at all, your sleep might be disrupted by the morning light...
