Hotel is great but empty mini bar
I enjoyed my stay clean and big room. Loved the corner room . And the floor to ceiling windows are amazing to look over the beach. Nice gym. Huge and grand looking lobby. The only thing I would complain about is that the hotel messaged me to say that the mini bar is free but there was nothing in the mini bar.

Check in experience not good
They looked like didn’t check advanced request to arrange two rooms at the same floor for family. No international brand Visa/Master card to deposit, their scanning portable machine cannot accept 4 digit pins. They just say we accept only Wechat, Alipay or this China brand visa/master card scanner. Are you sure for those coming from other countries??? It was not flexible services as the Hyatt Regency. If your kids want to swim in the seaside, better to come before and after green seaweeds season. You can not even get close by the smell and the endless green seaweeds.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy. Staff at the front desk spoke adequate English. Location is fantastic to beach and Lion Mall.

Rooms on the 5th floor are not desirable
In general, the hotel is nice enough. However, we had two different types of rooms, the rooms on 5th floor are not nice. They get the barbecue smell from downstairs restaurant, and in the mid of night we heard machine noise coming from under... If you book this hotel, definitely demand for higher floors, NO 5th FLOOR!

Best China beach and beachfront walking. Truly great. Blue water, clean waves, sand and rocky beach, lots of parks. Qingdao and this area in particular are well wirth a visit.

高級だがホスピタリティーはやや低い
ホテル自体は非常に新しく快適だが、サービスは今一歩。 英語が伝わらないスタッフも多く、チェックイン、アウトの手続きも時間がかかる。 朝食ビュッフェのクオリティは高いと思うが、ホスピタリティーは高くはない。 徒歩15分くらいで大きなショッピングモールがあるので、手軽な食事はそこでも楽しめる。

Language problems
In comparing to my stay last year, the room whas not as good, not as clean and not helpful at the reception. Staff could not speak proper English, by every question it went over 3-4 people and finally you still get not the right answer. For the price they charge per night you would expect better service.

Beautiful beach front hotel
Beautiful beach front hotel. Good for a relaxing time. However, surrounding area doesn’t offer the variety of food choices. Granted there are 2 malls close by, but they do not offer too much. Honestly, if I’m not too picky, it’s a very nice place to stay and unwind

ビーチにちかいので、便利。今回も波はあった。祝日で、ビーチでコンサートもやっていた。明るくて、平和な場所です。クラブラウンジは朝も夕食もあるので、便利。
