'We enjoyed our stay at Wanda Realm. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful. When we were looking for a particular wine, the manager went out of his way to help us find the right one. The staff spoke English, which was also helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cool (other hotels we visited in China were a bit on the warm side). Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to our friends. '

'The hotel manager CoCo was particularly helpful and provided excellent, above and beyond service to me. If you stay at this hotel, you should know that staff don't speak English, but CoCo the manager spoke excellent English which helped on several interactions. '

'Elegant and beautiful with superb service! We had a beautiful view of the park, the room was superbly appointed with anything you could want and the service was impeccable. Just pick up the phone and a robot will bring you extra soap or coffee pods! And the in-person staff were always friendly and professional. Old school (but totally modern) and highly recommended.'
