'Our stay was wonderful - the staff were efficient and friendly. The bed was comfortable and they had plenty of staff to help with refilling the breakfast items. This hotel is close to the interstate so it was perfect for our one night stay. This is a small issue - but they could work on making it easier for the trash bins to open - many of us struggled to open the small awkward door and it made it difficult to properly dispose of the trash. 'The room was clean. Desk attendant was wonderful. The breakfast was lacking. It was out of waffle batter (only 5 people in the dining room the entire time we were there), out of syrup, a machine wasn't working, the orange juice was so watered down with water that it barely tasted like orange at all. One of the patrons had to go out and find the attendant twice to get the batter & syrup filled.'

'My family and I stayed from June 10th through June 14th. Unfortunately, the bathroom appeared to be in need of remodeling, and the rooms were only cleaned every other day. In addition, the carpet had a noticeable mildew odor, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.'

The beds were very comfortable; there was no shower curtain, there were no hand towels, only two bath towels and one washcloth. The biggest issue was that one light switch controlled everything except the refrigerator and microwave. We had to sleep with the lights on, because when you turned it off, it also turned off the TV and all of the outlets. In other words, we could not charge any phones.'

'First, I called for an early check-in before arriving,no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. 'I have stayed here several times for a work trip. Hotel always nice and clean, and the staff gives excellent customer service. It's always a pleasure staying here.'

'Het bed was schoon en er was geen vloerbedekking maar tegels, echter de a/c is heel luidruchtig . De tegels in de badkamer lagen meer en deel los.'
