'Betaalbaar hotel in een mooie omgeving. De kamer was prima, goede douche en goed bed. Het zwembadgebied zag er verouderd uit. Barretje bij het zwembad was wel leuk. Fijn is de goede parkeerplaats onder het hotel.'

'Good buffet breakfast, quiet air con, good bathroom. The only complaint is that we made special request - "if no elevator could we have a 2nd floor room" There is no elevator and we were given a room on the top floor. The hofel was nearly empty and we are old and find it difficult to climb stairs. '

'Delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Such a peaceful relaxing stay with a great view. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a spider in our room but that is expected with the location. The host and their family are so warm and welcoming we would definately return if we are back in that area. '

'Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay. We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. '

'Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.'
