'Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. The hotel is near great. food and shopping. Front desk Staff was professional and courteous. Cleaning staff was okay. Kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to the buffet. Customers had to continually request items to be replenished.
Breakfast was provided but ran out of key items (waffle mix) each morning. Food station was replenished but took a little time.'

'I never write reviews but this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Every single staff member was so friendly and nice and not in a fake way. The rooms are large and clean. Very relaxing and welcoming vibe. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town. '

'We had the 1 bedroom suite with a door that separates the bedroom from the other living spaces. The bathroom is accessed outside of the bedroom. It was great & met our needs.
The compact kitchen was great. Fridge, microwave, oven/ stove (not used), dishwasher, glasses, mugs, big and small plates, bowls, silverware, 2 small sharp knives, and misc items were all great! I also thought it was cool that they showed they will lend out things like blenders, rice cookers, slow cookers, grill tools, etc...

"Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "
