Compleet uitgerust met echt zo’n beetje alles wat je thuis ook hebt aan materiaal; veel keukenapparatuur, meerdere serviezen, goede bedden, etc. Fijn ingedeeld huis. Schoon en verzorgd. In de omgeving is weinig te doen. Je hebt echt een auto nodig om iets op te zoeken. Wij reden vaak naar Valencia. In de regio rondom het huis zijn weinig sfeervolle restaurants of leuke dorpjes.
