But service.... finally we found a hotel that understands what service means and what it does to its customers. We received personal attention, from valet parking service, the check in was welcoming like a warm bath, the fabulous concierge who was extremely helpful in arranging dinner, etc... in one word the service was fantastic.'

'This was our first stay at the Guanahani, after having previously stayed at another perfectly lovely hotel in St Barth's, and we could not have been happier. The staff were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, quick and accommodating - from locating and delivering our lost luggage, to renting a car, making (and changing) dinner reservations, supplying us with water and a cooler every time we left the property, etc. Special shout-outs to Simon at the reception, Julie in the main restaurant, and...

'Nice villa overlooking Marigot Bay. Beach is literally across the street at the base of the steep driveway. Short walk up the hill to Grand Cul de Sac with fine dining or beach cafes. Road work at the base of the hill was not an issue, in fact made it quieter. Turtle colony and cats kept us company. Very nice pool! '
