'Hotel looks quite modern. Pluses: * Large rooms (mini-suites), half with atrium balcony and the other half with outside facing windows. (Not a very great area in terms of beauty, main road but close to the old city walls) * Excellent buffet breakfast, though it should have been included in some room rates as 27 CN$ is quite expensive. As many other hotels, only coffeemaking in room not tea. Minuses: * The smallish pool at the bottom of the atrium is really for partygoers and families. No shower...

'Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We were on the 5th floor without an elevator or lift. As 70 +year olds, it was difficult climbing those stairs. We had a problem with housekeeping The missed cleaning our room one of the days. We let the front desk know and they passed it on. Also, they didn’t take away dirty wine glasses and coffee cups each day. Other than that, we liked the location of the Hotel.'

'I guess if Expedia only want good reviews, it is a waste of time for customers. Bottom line is the hotel is good but the room description is different from what I've booked and is not the hotel's fault. I will never submit reviews again'
