Points forts: L'emplacement (localisation) est excellente. Barbara nous a appelé pour nous dinner des indications pour le chemin en raison de fermeture de rue oour le Carnaval. Points faibles: Pour le stationnement intérieur proposé, il faut savoir qu'une boîte de bagage au-dessus de l'auto ne passe pas. Aussi, la chambre pour avec lit double et sofa pliant est petite pour 4 personnes.

bonjour vous avez raison our le stationnement c'est pas évident dans le vieux. nos chambres ne sont pas très grande. Merci d'être passé chez nous

Un petit hôtel pratique, avec les services de bases. Tout proche de tout dans le vieux-Québec, c’est assurément un grand avantage. Stationnement juste en face.

Charming Little Spot
My 8-year-old daughter gives this hotel 5 stars and I support her in this. We loved the charm of an older building with beautiful stained glass windows in the entry. The winding staircase and all the cozy little nooks had their charm. Just a stone throw away from Chateau Frontenac for fabulous photo opportunities. Plus, the restaurant La Buche across the street is top-notch Quebecoise dining.

oui on a des chambre commeça et d'autre avec toutdedans la chambre tout dépend ce que vous avez réserez surle site de réservation . Nous on reçoit votre demande tel qu'indiquée il faut le spécifier en entrant si on le peut on vous change Merci

Si vous cherchez une auberge dans le Vieux Quebec à la portée de marche de tous les attraits avec un stationnement payant (22$par jour) et un confort minimal mais propre, cet endroit est pour vous.

Not worth the price and location
We had a room for 4, but really the sofa could only be for 1 as it was not comfortable and the support was not good on one half (that people sit on). We barely had hot water. It seems all rooms shared the same hot water tank or something so for a family of 4 we couldn't wash. Our bathroom sink also didn't drain properly. We tried to get a refund to change hotels based on our issues but we were denied our request. While the location is amazing I wouldn't stay here again.

Bad experience at Auberge St. Louis
The 1 star is only for great location and nice personnel. This hotel is TERRIBLE!!! We reserved a room for three people but we got a bed and a futon instead of two beds. The blankets were dirty and the bathroom was small and uncomfortable and the hot water was difficult to manage. There was a shared toilet next to our bed witch made it very noisy at night. Some stairs were uneven and dangerous to walk on. We payed $170/night + taxes (overall $700 for this)! Unbelievable! I recommend anyone visiting Quebec City to avoid this hotel at all costs.

sorry for you but when you reserved it, you knew it was a futon our room are small for the dirty blankets I'm suprise you should ask for help instead of complaining after it is an auberge not an hotel and you know if you want to be in our location the hotel around are 400 and for 3 people you pay 170? we are clean . we receive well our guest etc etc sorry next time have a little more money and take the chateau Frontenac

c'est erronnée chère dame nous sommes très conforme si non nous n"aurions pas la licence pour opérer vous avez devant vous a la réception la lincence a chaque année et n'oubliez sur tout pas ce n'est pas parce que la bâtisse est vieille qu'elle n'est pas sécuritaire depuis 1868 il n'y ajamais eu d'incendie Etes vous pompière alors on se passe de commantaire

We got the room with the bunk bed, so this review is specific to that. If you want to visit Old Quebec on a budget, this is the place for you! The hotel is right in the heart of Old Quebec, about a block from the Chateau Frontenac. It's surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the beauty of the city. We parked at the Stationnement SPAQ - Hôtel de Ville heated garage under City Hall, about 3 or 4 blocks away. If you agree that enjoying the city is the reason to go to Old Quebec, you may enjoy the room. It's basic and small, but it's got everything you need and none of what you don't. It's a place to sleep, change and shower. The rest can be done at the shops & restaurants. The room we had didn't have a lot of space for 2 of us to manoeuvre, so if you're a particularly girthy individual or have mobility issues, you may find it a bit challenging. The hotel is clean as a whistle and well maintained. I gave everything 5 stars except the staff & service, which I gave 4 stars, but only because we got in late and left early, so we didn't get a chance to meet anyone in person. However, they communicated with us well and left clear instructions for how to let ourselves in, as reception is not open 24 hours. In summation, I would definitely stay here again!

Je ne savais pas que la salle de bains était partagée pour ma chambre. Il n’y a eu sucun incident et la salle de bains était propre, mais j’aime mieux une salle de bains privée. Ma chambre était au 3e étage et il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur; les deux dernières volées de marches étaient étroites et escarpées. Ceci dit, c’est un hôtel sympathique et très propre, qui n’est pas loin du Château Frontenac et de la Terrasse Dufferin.
