I received an email that there was an issue with the payment. I replied but never got a response. I called and was told to update payment method in Expedia. I did but no reaction. Called again: left a message. Nobody called back. I checked the credit card app and the amount had been deducted days before. I called again….. only then I received the instructions for check in. Costed me over 10 euros with T-Mobile….
After check in: be prepared to find written instructions all over the place. Even on the pencil!! The room in itself was okay considering the price. The fridge could have been cleaner and the air in the room was damp.
