'De kamer stond propvol met meubelstukken die geen enkel nut hadden. Je kon amper rond het bed lopen. Wij waren in kamer Tokio. Badkamer was OK. Het hotel is vooraan gelegen aan een 4-baanse hoofdweg. Aan de achterkant een andere drukke baan. Luchtkwaliteit was allicht erg slecht.'

'This is a really good hotel. The location is great for the theatres and cinema in Nottingham. It's in front of Rock City and a 20 min walk from the station. There are good restaurants nearby but the hotel also has 2 restaurants, room service and bar meals. It's worth upgrading to use the Club Lounge too. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a bath! Theres a pool and soa too. No complaints!'

'My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. The bed frame had a sheet of plywood protruding from it, which caused me to injure my knee the following morning. I reported the matter to the hotel and was offered either a...

'The room was dirty including the ‘clean’ bedding which was hairy. The bed was built by Ikea flat pack and someone’s hopes and dreams which did not come true - it creaked with every move! The room was spacious but what’s the point! It was hot with limited windows to open because of H&S but I had to prop one open with a spoon as the restrictor was broken. Only one set of towels despite the booking being for 2 people. The location is heart of city centre which was perfect except for noise until 3am...

'Hotel situated in the city centre. Very nice decorated. Beds are good, shower is good. Although the fan in the bathroom and the lights of te mirror did nt work. This was a bit dissapointing for such class hotel. Personell very friendly. would come back '

'They had some challenges with the card-system, but how they dealt with the situation: extremely friendly - extremely helpful, they did everything they could to make sure we suffer from the situation. Great and safe location (not too far from the city center), and a fantastic breakfast (super friendly Scottish guy who served us breakfast as well). Worth the price :-) '
