Frühstück qualitativ hervorragend ein bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre schön gewesen. Personal ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ruhige Gegend aber sehr zentral. 'We have stayed at a few different Marriott hotels and they are typically amazing and this was no exception. Wonderful staff, clean room and comfy bed/pillows. Was easy to get more towels and other supplies when needed. Lobby and restaurant were gorgeous (although we did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot vouch for the food). We are also in love with the bathroom products - they smell so good and make waking up so nice! '
'This hotel was very nice and clean. It has a gothic vibe which we loved! So different from the Hilton and Holiday Inn hotels!
We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. I did not see an elevator so if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered and inquired with the staff in advance. It was located some 500m from downtown so it was a nice walk without being disruptive and far enough to not hear the noise at night. There is no on site parking but a reserved parking 2 blocks down,...
'Really nice hotel, it's about 10 min from downtown Kingston with the bus. The staff was super friendly! If you want your room cleaned you have to mention that at the front desk. They don't have to clean every day, but the garbage bins are rather small so maybe just empty them every day. For the rest I had a really nice stay here.'

Not enough staff at front desk and those there not attentive enough. 4th floor ice maker out of order. No instructions on where to go. Renovations at this property in rooms and common areas greatly appreciated '

Service kamers minder, niemand gezien voor de kamer verbleven 4 nachten. Je krijgt 2 handdoeken 1 rol toiletpapier 1kleine tube bodylotion en 2 zeepjes. Moet zelf maar prullenbak legen en op gang zetten net als vuile handdoeken trouwens. Alles zelf vragen of i.o. zelf pakken van car?? Onder mom covid of iets dergelijks?!'
'We had a really comfortable stay at the Green Acres Inn. My husband and I were traveling with our daughter. Staff were friendly and accommodating, bringing a cot to the room for her. I loved being able to park at the room and the bed was comfortable and clean. The property is older and not particularly fashionable, but we felt cozy and safe and had a great sleep. Will visit again when in Kingston.'

"Stayed one night. Check in was good, we were escorted to our room which was in the adjacent building. Room was good, clean, good bed. It’s an old building which brings charm and character but also unavoidable noise from other rooms. Not a big problem, we didn’t have any noisy neighbors during our stay. The breakfast was good with most necessary items. And fresh (warm) menu items at a surcharge. Parking was full when we arrived so we had to parallel park in the street which is okay for overnight but we had ro move it before 9am. Luckily a spot in the came open so we could move it to their parking just before breakfast. It’s conveniently located and you can walk to the marina in 15 mins. "
