Kitchen: Fully equipped with falcon rangehood, fridge freezer with ice and water, dishwasher, inverter microwave, toaster and rice cooker, studio kitchenette includes bar fridge.

Balcony: Yes, outdoor area by front door and patio off dining room.

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
