The Space

A four-bedroom home set over two levels set above Queenstown on Queenstown Hill. The living areas look out to incredible view of the Remarkables over the lake and Kelvin Heights as well.

The layout flows from entry level includes living areas, kitchen, dining, sunroom, one bedroom and bathrooms, then lower level includes bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, laundry, external access.

Bedrooms: Four bedrooms, with incredible view of the Remarkables over the lake and Kelvin Heights as well.

Bathrooms: This property has the bathrooms split up - (Toilet in one room and shower/bath in another room) for BOTH bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a shower only. The downstairs bathroom has a triangular bathtub and a separate shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, and heaters.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooktop, extractor fan, oven, secondary smaller oven, microwave and, double drawer dishwasher.

Balcony: There are two patios at this property. The first is out front where there is seating for 2 and a small side table. Out back there is a patio that has no furnishings and a clothes line. There is also a balcony on the top floor of the house outside the first living room that has a table and bench seating for 6.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External steps to entry; internal staircase between levels. There are 5 steps down to get inside the house from the driveway. There is one set of stairs inside the property (19 in total). There is an outside staircase that leads to the back yard as well

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 8 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
