This well-appointed apartment offers a warm, contemporary feel with incredible views over Lake Wakatipu. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a dining space, and large windows that frame the alpine scenery. A fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, and the outdoor balcony is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the upstairs portion of the property.

Including the kitchen, living and dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, balcony, and outdoor spaces.

Self check-in is available via lockbox. Parking is available on site.



The Neighborhood:

Wynyard Crescent is a quiet and elevated residential street known for its panoramic views and peaceful vibe. You're just a few minutes’ drive from the heart of Queenstown and close to local walking tracks, lake access points, and the Sunshine Bay area.



There are countless mountain bike tracks within the area, including Hammy's Track - a well known and well sought after biking track.



Getting Around:

Queenstown town centre – 5 minutes by car or 20–25 minutes on foot (approx. 2.5 km)

Queenstown Airport – 15 minutes by car

Skyline Gondola – 5 minutes

Sunshine Bay walking track – accessible nearby

Maximum of 6 guests

At least one guest must be over the age of 21

No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5

Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours
