The main living area is bright and open-plan, featuring a large L-shaped sofa, flatscreen Sky TV, and a statement gas fireplace ¿ perfect for cosy winter evenings. A generous dining table comfortably seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, a central kitchen island, and a quality coffee machine for your morning brew. That being said, with central Queenstown¿s plethora of dining options located only a 10-minute walk away from this holiday home, you may find yourself dining out more than in.

The living area opens out to a patio and walled garden where you¿ll find a stylish entertaining area, complete with a gas fireplace, overhead heaters and a covered seating area. Across from the living area, a lake-facing balcony holds a spacious wooden hot tub, offering a peaceful spot to soak in the mountain air in the evenings.

On the far side of the property, follow the lit garden walkway through to the landscaped gardens where you¿ll find and a raised greenhouse-style glass house, hosting a luxurious wooden sauna and peaceful seating area overlooking Lake Wakatipu.
