'Las atenciones del personal'

'Everything was good.'

'This place was amazing. They treated us like family and were attentive. Anything we needed, especially the older gentlemen that work there, I think he worked there in the evenings. I forgot his name, but I just wanted saw him. We appreciate all the help you gave us. I was there for my father being very sick, then within the days I was there, I lost my father. He did everything to keep us comfort and I wanna tell him thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. I would definitely recommend...

'Andrea was helpful, Luis was always there available to help as well. And security is high.'

'Agradable clima'

'Loved the place ! Clean, modern, has everything you need!'

'It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment? Thanks a lot. '

'The place was great. The only negative was trying to arrive. The given address confused the Uber drivers every time and put us on the street above the actual location. The stove was not functioning. The owner should check before guest arrive '

'Nice and very helpful staff '

'This is a great and clean property felt like it was my home. Host communicated effectively always answered any questions I had and was able to accommodate to my needs. It was a safe and local to the city of xela lots of shopping places nearby. Great amenities such as gym roof top terrace, workplace station and excellent WiFi. Right now where I stayed there was construction and so it was loud early in the morning and late evenings. There is no air conditioning while the place is not hot...
