'This hotel is located very close to several restaurants. We easily walk to one each night. The staff upon arrival were frustrated and seemed to take it out on us. When booking with Expedia you can't use the check in kiosk at any Premier Inn. They only had one computer working and were irritated and had no immediate solution of how to pay for parking without a reservation number to place at the parking meter. It got sorted out, but felt like we were a problem to them. The room and parking...

'We enjoyed our stay the beds are comfy, rooms clean, staff were great, the area was great for our purpose and the food in the restaurant freshly cooked and extremely tasty. Plenty of parking available and the manager kept on top of everything. Well run establishment. My only issue was that I had an accessible room and the window let traffic noise in which disturbed me at night and there is no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries etc'

'Breakfast was great. Hot, served fast and flexible. The staff in the restaurant were great. Compliments to the chef. The only thing we found was a difficulty with the television. You had to stand right in front of it and hold the 'on button for about 30 seconds before it would come on. Also, it was difficult to change channels, especially getting to number 1. It wiould have been nice to have instructions if that is normal and a list of channels available. '

'Situated very remote but quite and green environment. No tv in the room, every day same breakfast existing out a pre-packed croissant, mango juice, some home made granola and some oat milk. Coffee is available in the room but does not get refilled once used. We stayed 2weeks, during that time the bed linen has not been changed and room is only cleaned once together with towels. Good for short stays… '

'I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....
