'The hotel was very good. Clean, everything in good condition. Linens, bath and bed sufficient and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff spoke English.
Breakfast was eggs to order and plenty of other things that support.
Couple of things should be noted.
First: the hotel is a bit difficult to get to and taxis may not take you all the way to the hotel.
If the taxi will not go all the way I suggest to go to the Plaza San Blas and then you walk from there. It’s not a long walk....

'Excellent stay at Cities of the World! Julia was an amazing host...so helpful. Great location. Very close and walkable to several markets, restaurants and laundry services. Julia has a massage therapist- Isabelle and Roxanne that came to our room. We had very relaxing massages. Only about a 10 min walk to Plaza de Armas which is a typical puckup point for the tours. '

'Ok you have to walk the stairs for this hostel but then you get to a typical backpacker hostal with a kitchen you can use, free mate de coca and a very helpful man at the desk. He speaks very good english as well. The rooms are small but have a great shower with hot water. They serve a simple but nice breakfast and on the roof you have a great view over Cuzco city.'

'Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.'

'Our stay at R House was pleasant, especially the lady from the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room itself was a bit small, but the amazing view over Cusco makes up for all of it. Breakfast was decent (but very enjoyable when you eat next to that view). Neighbourhood was relatively quiet, and even though some would argue it's far away from the center, it's only 15minutes and walking around in Cusco is a delight. To sum up, good place to stay and staff is great ;)'
