'Could not control jets or heating in the spa/pool. We got in early around 120 pm and told management we would like to check in early. We do not think any one was there night before. Cleaning crew took 45 Min break in house. We only got in at 355 PM. If for start cleaning at 10 AM the house should be ready in 2 hours with 3 people. The floors were all up and down. Plywood underlayment issue. No garbage disposal. Nothing in house not even salt and pepper or sugar, etc. Be ready to buy...

'Easy checkin and checkout. Host quickly responded to any questions. Home was comfortable and provided an enjoyable and safe place to celebrate a birthday with girlfriends. '

'The house is in a very nice area. Host responded promptly.I was a little disappointed in the maintenance of the house.Walls definitely need a paint job. Floor appears to be warped.Towels were very poor quality. Great to have plenty of supplies like toilet paper etc. Kitchen had plenty dishes and cookware. Appliances very out dated. But no salt, pepper or spices. '

'What a fantastic spot in Key West! We loved the location, the charm, and the welcoming feel of this home. It's a great place to base yourselves while exploring the island.If we could suggest one thing: the kitchen has great bones, but the cookware and dishware are quite basic, and the dishwasher could use some attention. For guests who like to cook or prepare some meals at home, a few upgrades here would make a real difference.That said, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here...

'What a wonderful experience! this home is gorgeous, spacious, and very clean! We had a family vacation, pretty much all adults, 2 teens. And we loved that every room had it's own bathroom!! Plenty of space, built very solid, didn't hear anything from other rooms (noise). Big beautiful kitchen, and huge pantry. The ice machine was awesome too! Also had towels and (Salt and Stone) bath products, nice! The views were incredible, had or own little bay in the ocean, nice and quiet. We rented a boat...
