Everything was nice and renovated with a really modern flair except the shower head which was straight outta 1980 and obviously hadn't even been serviced and couldn't spray a proper stream of water. Why renovate an entire bathroom and choke on a $40 shower head? 'We stayed for 19 days was the best hotel we have stayed in, extremely clean. The Hotel Staff are amazing, pleasant ensuring you’re having a good stay and always asking if you need anything. The Kitchenette has all you need, microwave, full fridge and dishwasher. Their daily breakfast which is included is amazing Bacon, Sausage, Eggs and you can make Bagels and toast. There’s also an outside Patio where you can BBQ. We definitely will be back and highly recommended this Hotel!'

'Convenient location'

'The first room had a sticky carpet so we asked to switch rooms. the next room was fine but the bathroom fan was very dirty and grimy. We had a great hot tub the first morning. The next morning the hot tub was brown and foamy - there were dozens of kids from floor hockey teams this past weekend. Since this is one of the nicer hotels around, its surprising that those teams could afford this hotel. 'Stacey front desk assistant manager went to extremes to make sure we were comfortable at all times. She took care of requests with speed and grace. Excellent five star service with a smile. Rooms very clean. Breakfast average… parking excellent!'

'The location is somewhat on a business park but we just used it as a short stop just outside the city for our next day flight. Easy acces into the city center, to visit elk Island and go back to the airport. '

It was almost like it was abandoned, and there was nobody around, big portions of it were closed off, and the lighting was dim security doors didn’t work or lock properly.
