'The lake front cabin is just as described and very private for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of room for all of us. Having a door to separate the 2 spaces gave the kids one half of the house and we utilized the loft with the large bathroom on the other side which made it more private and had the lake view. We used the dock and kayaks every day and fished and swam as the weather was perfect. We definitely recommend this property and will book again in the future!'

'Cute cabin! Cute cows as neighbors, too! We enjoyed our stay. We ended up bringing an extra person and had plenty of room to add a twin air mattress to the loft. The back yard is very sloped so if you bring a dog, keep that in mind. There is plenty of room to walk dogs below the houses on the flatter grass. There is parking for two cars, but one spot is also very sloped. Definitely a repeat stay if we are back in the area. The host was very responsive! '

'This is an absolutely beautiful spot—the home was welcoming, beautiful and comfortable. The area very peaceful and enjoyable. Everything one could wish for both inside and outside was provided. 'This property is beautiful and the house is wonderful. It is very important that anyone who stays here is aware of the steepness of the driveway! My car could not make it up. I had read the reviews that warned me and I just thought they were over reacting. They were not. I had to haul my stuff in from half way up because my car could not make it any farther up. 'We stayed at the home while getting our son settled in as a freshman at Virginia Tech and also spent some time enjoying the area. It's an older building in a rustic setting, but the home has been updated and we found it to be clean and comfortable. The nearby creek is lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.'

'My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cabin for our girl's trip. Everything was very clean, and we were impressed by the extras that were provided - hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, shampoo/conditioner, olive oil, salt/pepper in grinders, and a collection of spices.
