'Everything was immaculate our room was so clean and that bed…..amazing!!! The staff were all super nice and helpful. My only complaint is the lack of space in the breakfast area to sit and eat and no food left at 800. I can’t comment on the pool because we didn’t use it.'

'I needed an item and the front desk went out of their way to get it for me so polite and helpful. The only downfall was there was four of us and only two washcloths and three towels, but when I asked for more, there wasn’t an issue. '

'This hotel is our families go to every time we are in Whitby for a sports event. It is in the centre of all the arenas and the hotel is always quiet, clean and all the staff are so friendly. I love that I can do my laundry before I go home.'

'We were in Oshawa to see Grandson play lacrosse, the room suited the purpose of having a place to relax between games and comfortable place to sleep. The washroom was clean . Overall the room was clean . Only complaint is carpets need to be cleaned and parking lot has big pot holes. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast served its purpose.'
