'If you ask me, she doesn’t charge enough for this property! Kelly is absolutely amazing! The property is PERFECT! From the beautiful decor to the amazing trails, fresh blackberries, the cleanliness, the GORGEOUS horses, the baby goat and his mama, everything was just absolutely amazing!!!!! The little creek on the trail was perfect!!! We also ride motorcycles and the property was so centrally located that we were able to get a great mountain ride in every morning and never went to the same spot...

'Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.'
