'We are a couple who stayed in the Benoa room for 1 night and we had an excellent stay. The place was easy to find super easy check in and our room/villa was fantastic. The view is beautiful and to be able to see the lake is very special it’s very recharging and quiet. I booked for 2 nights for my husband, our tween daughter and I with the plan that we would not be using the double bed in the open plan lounge area. I specifically called reception to confirm that there were two proper bedrooms with doors. 'Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else. Tried contacted expedia twice about it now and I am tired of it. It's false advertising.'

'The cabin is very close to the next ones, as they are all on the same block and you can hear your neighbours easily. The beds were very hard, but very stylish and well appointed. Limited cooking options and tiny kitchen. The spa on the deck is a great idea, but you cannot change The temperature to make it any warmer.'
