'I was surprised this hotel was not full during our stay. It seemed a great value to me, and the decor featuring extensive wood carving was impressive. Of course we were there during the shoulder season in mid September so that may explain fewer guests. The room opened to the hotel back, so it was quiet. 'We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the facility. The views were absolutely beautiful and made our visit even more special. The owner was very kind, welcoming, and friendly, which made us feel right at home. The food was also very good, with plenty of tasty options to enjoy. 'Nothing special. The room was big and well designed. Good coffee downstairs. However there were inconveniences that made my stay unpleasant. I asked for bottled water because I don't know about the Slovakian tap water. They didn't have any for me down at the reception. Then when the front desk called me they said: i found a bottle, you can come down. The room had 2 AC systems that wouldn't turn off. It was super hot in the room the whole time.
