'This quaint house was the perfect space for three adults and two dogs. We had ample room inside and out to enjoy a few days of summer in the UP. Truly got to relax away from the busy day-to-day life at home and feel comfortably off the grid. We could not have asked for better weather to enjoy the lake views, the hottub, and the kayaks!'

'The host/owner was amazing. Only downside and in no way her fault or in her control is Verizon cell service doesn’t work in that area. That being said really want a downside seeing that people didn’t have there faces in there phones all weekend. Also very confident that she also owns and operates a convenient store attached to the property. Being in such a remote area it was useful at times. I highly recommend starting here. Like I said just/owner was an amazing person'

'The worst thing that I could is that the bathroom was a bit small. But Seriously, who cares?! I was too busy enjoying the saltwater pool and hot tub. Not to mention the sauna, of course. I loved sitting outside in the morning enjoying my coffee and the great view. So relaxing and peaceful. Unfortunately, because of the rain I was not able to use the bikes or fire pit they had available. But I'll make sure to do so the next time! Thank you Pine Mountain!! Keep doing what you're doing!'

'We enjoyed our stay at this quiet lake house. Lots of extras that made it very enjoyable and cozy. The canoes and kayaks were great way to enjoy the lake. Loved seeing the turkeys, deer, and chipmunks each day in the yard and neighborhood. '

'This was the perfect way for us to get away from the business of our lives with 6 children after caretaking for sick parents for the last 5 years. We napped in the quiet of the forest and did some sight seeing as we wanted. The cabin is well stocked you’ll only need to take some food and your personal items. '

'It's a great place and well situated for a lot of local things. It's well appointed and has a unique charm that will make you feel right at gnome. The host was awesome. My wife's two complaints were the hip room for the commode and having to leave but overall she liked it too'

'Before the warm weather hit we decided to head to to Pine Mountain to snowboard for a weekend in between sports seasons for our kids. We booked this property based on location and past reviews. The house is so close to the mountain and was incredibly clean from top to bottom. There was plenty of space to hang out and plenty of beds for our 3 kids. We would definitely stay here again for our next weekend away. Access to the dryer was appreciated to dry our wet snow things. My only thing...

'I thought the place was very nice. I do think a little more lighting in the kitchen would be nice (over the coffee bar and island). I am also a light sleeper so the traffic on 41 was a little loud at night. No one else in my group had an issue with it though. Overall, very nice. I would recommend.'

'This place was great. We had a wonderful week at this lake house. We went out kayaking every day and especially on weekdays had the lake to ourselves. It was beautiful and relaxing. The house has every modern convenience even though it is surrounded by pristine nature. The drive out to this lake cabin is down a few dirt roads that aren't on Google Maps so it was good that we arrived during daylight hours at least the first time.'

'Jerry's place is awesome. Secluded enough to not anything but the woods around you. Crystal falls is only a few minutes away with everything you need. The lake has an abundance of fish for any angler. Whether youre looking for some peace and quiet with the family or friends or want to explore iron county and the surrounding areas id reccomend this cabin to anyone. '
