'One of my better stays in a Marriot, for sure! 3rd floor bay view room was spacious, comfortable, very quiet and offered a nice view to the estuaries across the street. Hotel staff all very kind and professional. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. Some outdoor maintenance needs some improvement. I walked to the parking lot to my car and back a few times and noticed trash items either dropped or blown in from elsewhere. Saw outdoor maintenance blowing leaves and trash and left lots of trash...

'Property undergoing renovation. Didn't know when booking so expectations and reality clash. If booking, please check if renovations are complete otherwise expect construction noice, ad-hoc routing of walking paths and property amenities limited.'

'For the price rooms ( we stayed in 3 different room in different location on the property I would rate a C + not very imaginative at all, basic cheep furniture, small bathrooms. For this I would not stay at this hotel again.'

'My stay was disappointing and not worth the price. When I arrived, the bathroom was not clean. I called housekeeping, but no one answered for about an hour. The club lounge also did not have enough food for all the guests. In addition, many of the employees seemed unmotivated and the level of service did not meet the standards I expected from a Marriott hotel. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price I paid.'
