Mooie vakantiehuis in Zuid-West IJsland

Het huisje is geweldig en een van de meest indrukwekkende gastheer faciliteit op het platteland in IJsland. Het is op een prachtige plek en zeer goed gelegen huis met Graet uitzicht, gelegen nabij vele interessante sites voor bijvoorbeeld mount Hekla, Eyjafjallajökull, Vatnajökull gletsjer, Þórsmörk, Gullfoss, Geysir en Vestman Island. Ca. een hourr rijden van Reykjavik House is zeer dicht bij Hella 5 tot 7 minuten weg na rijdt u door Hella. Het landhuis is 150 m2 met een buiten hot tub voor 8 tot 10 personen. Het huisje is geschikt voor 12 tot 14 personen. 2 ouderlijke queen size bed en 4 slaapkamers met twee eenpersoons. De keuken is voorzien van alle benodigde apparatuur, koelkast, fornuis met oven, magnetron, afwasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, mixer en broodrooster. Keukengerei is voor totaal meer dan 20 personen. Er zijn 2 badkamers, breken douche.

Spectaculair uitzicht op het landschap van het huisje. • Het huisje is gelegen in de zogenaamde Gouden cirkel gebied. • Een 18-holes golfbaan ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden. • Veel vissen rivieren zijn in de buurt. • Het huisje en de omgeving is zeer kindvriendelijk. • Het huisje is ongeveer. een uur rijden van Reykjavik. Het huisje is ideaal voor zowel zomer als winter vakantie. Zomer tijd voor 24 uur daglicht en de winter voor het noorderlicht.

The house is perfect for a family stay. The view is spectacular. We were able to see the Northern Lights from the back porch four nights! Very convenient to the Golden circle for day trips to waterfalls,black sand beach,glaciers and so much more. Perfect place to enjoy beautiful Iceland. Thank you Soffia

Perfect house for our group of 10. Plenty of space to hang out in the evenings after a full days adventure! Stocked with everything you can think of, including a fantastic view. Great location for exploring the south coast! Be careful of the hot tub, it can get way too hot. Also note the driveway down to the house is a steep gravel path, we were fine with our jeeps, but we witnessed a car get stuck after taking a wrong turn into the driveway. Finding the trash drop off for checkout was a bit confusing, gps coordinates would have been helpful!

My family and I spent a week at the house and thoroughly enjoyed the area. Soffia was extremely helpful and was a great resource for things to do and would respond to questions immediately. The kitchen is well stocked and the wi-fi was excellent. Wonderful views of Hekla and the birds were amazing as well. Highly recommend this stay.

Well-appointed for a quiet country stay in Iceland but excellent location to visit most of southern Iceland; Vik, Keflavik, Reykjavik and Golden Circle are easily accessible on day trips. About 5 minutes from Hella which has a grocery store, a couple of good restaurants and a gas station. 15 minutes to Hvolsvollur with more restaurants and larger grocer. Home was clean, beds were comfortable, everything was in working order. Black-out shades in the bedroom were awesome and necessary in July. We enjoyed morning Nesspresso on the large deck with majestic views and very entertaining birds. We really enjoyed our trip and our stay here was perfect for our family adventure.

This home was above and beyond in every way for our family. From the start, Soffia was amazing about communicating, answering questions and offering advice & insight. The house is so comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the view is amazing. It also has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in a VRBO. We absolutely loved staying there and wished we had more vacation time to spend.

Bostaden var fantastisk, välutrustad och mycket smakfullt inredd. Området med sitt rika fågelliv gjorde vistelsen extra speciell. Badtunnan nyttjades och terrassen var enastående. Bra och tydlig kommunikation med värden gjorde incheckningen lätt och smidig. Tack för härliga dagar i det fina huset.

Amazing property, gorgeous house, very special secluded location, very private. We loved the way the house was furnished and well-stocked with just about everything imaginable. After journeying around Iceland, the only thing missing was a view of the Northern Lights and this property DELIVERED! Around midnight the night before our flight home, we all experienced the Aurora in full glory. Soffia is the consummate host, thorough and helpful throughout the process. Many thanks, we'd love to visit again.

I cannot say enough about how perfect our stay was. Soffia was spot on to handle any question or need immediately. The location is perfect to see a large portion of the surrounding area being right off route 1 with very short drives. The house itself is well kept, modern and clean with amazing views. The beds are extremely comfortable. We had a party of 10 and every was please with their sleeping arrangement. The house is very well appointed with everything you could possible need including very reliable WiFi. We were in Iceland for the front side of our Sons wedding and being able to have our family stay together in such a nice property made our time in Iceland go very smoothly. 5 stars all the way!

We booked to host a reunion of life long friends. This was a great property for exploring Iceland, and the house is very comfortable for a large party. We enjoyed cooking and eating together in the kitchen dining room and relaxing in the hot tub.

I can't sing the praises enough when it comes to our time at this incredible home. Starting with the location, it was the perfect jumping off point to tour the Golden Circle and the South Coast. Lots of eating and shopping opportunities with its adjacency to Hella, Selfoss, and Hvolsvollur. The house is hidden behind a hill to provide a completely secluded experience along with beyond stunning views of the countryside. The neighboring horses provided fantastic visitors for us -- several let us love on them. The house itself had everything we could need including a well stocked kitchen that allowed for several meals at the house. Just being in this gorgeous house was a treat in itself and you won't regret your stay here.

Everything was perfect in the cottage and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. All utensils are there, all appliances you can think of. This is a great alternative for large groups. Wonderful location for the southern highlands and South Iceland in general. My highest recommendations.

Our family of 6 loved staying here! We took day trips to the southern locations of Iceland and it was convenient, comfortable and roomy. Our hosts were super available for questions. Absolute comfort and beautiful property. Any questions asked, the host was extremely timely in responding. The neighboring horses greeted us at the fence. Local favorite restaurants were Eldsto and Strond. We had very personal experiences with each place! Highly recommend this rental.
