"We had a wonderful stay at Royal Phuket City Hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious, quiet, and cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also used the hotel spa during our stay. The massage was excellent, very relaxing, and professionally done. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and we would happily stay here again."

"This hotel is beautiful! From the lobby all the way up to the rooftop pool, everything is designed with attention to detail and a subtle reference to the Thaibox tradition. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill all your needs and wishes. They are so thoughtful and work so hard just to give you the best experience. And all this with the biggest and most genuine smile ever! The breakfast has an incredible variety and features a pancake station, noodlebar, extensive egg menu, traditional Thai dishes, dimsum, a selection of Indian dishes, a salad bar, bread and charcuterie, oatmeal, cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruits, juices and even icecream. We didn’t like the way they cooked the eggs, but there were so many other options that were fantastic. The rooms are spacious and the beds fantastic! The only issue for us was that the wardrobe space is rather limited and was too small for us because we came for 2 weeks and had a lot of clothing to hang. But the staff had that problem fixed for us in no time rolling in a portable clothing rack with drawers. As we don’t remember all the names of the wonderful staff members that made us smile every day, we don’t want to name the ones we do remember, but we want to thank all staff members of the hotel for their kindness and hard work and for making our vacation memorable! "

"Grand hôtel situé sur deux sites. Dans l'ensemble il est confortable mais certaines choses ne nous ont pas plues : - nous etions au lobby 2 et avions un peu l'impression d'être moins bien considérés -l'hôtel travaille avec un système de coupons de réductions uniquement réservés aux australiens - la porte des toilettes dans la chambre est en verre semi transparent et semi translucide. Mais le pire est qu'elle ne couvre pas toute la hauteur donc aucune intimité "
