Description:
Renovated house (2024) with private parking, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The house is fully fenced; access is via the upper floor, where the living room, dining room, and kitchen (approx. 30 m²) are located. The three bedrooms and bathrooms are separate and independent.
The living room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner while taking in a beautiful view of the sea and the Îles d’Or (Le Levant, Port-Cros, Porquerolles).
The new kitchen (2024) is fully equipped with a new induction cooktop, exhaust hood, oven, Tassimo coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, large refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, etc.
Double-glazed windows and reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
From the entryway, you enter a spacious bedroom (160 × 200 bed) with a closet and access to a beautiful, shaded terrace with a table and chairs. This terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea and the Gulf of Pramousquier.
On the other side of the hallway is a bathroom (renovated in 2024) with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.
In the courtyard, there is a separate outbuilding (small studio) with a second bedroom (bed 140 × 200), air conditioning, a built-in closet, and a spacious shower room with a toilet, bidet, shower, and sink.
On the lower level of the house is a third, separate bedroom with a spacious shower room featuring a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Since there is no internal connection between the bedrooms, the house is not suitable for families with small children who are not yet able to sleep separately from their parents. However, it is ideal for families with teenagers or for couples who prefer separate bedrooms and bathrooms.
Final cleaning is the responsibility of the renter (mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash cans).

The town center of Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer is 2 km away. A bike path (a former railroad line) between Toulon and Saint‑Raphaël runs directly below the house.
The towns of Cavalaire, Le Lavandou, and Bormes-les-Mimosas are nearby and can also be reached by bike. From these towns, you can take a boat to visit the islands of Porquerolles, Le Levant, and Port-Cros.
