'Far away from nice bars. Hotel oke, but staff isn't friendly at all and gives wrong information about bus trips. Don't book your bustickets ( at chapa company) at the hotel! Hotel does't gives you any information about the hotel and surroundings. When you come back at the hotel after 11 o'clock, there is nobody anymore... If you have a choice... Go to otres 2!'

'Paid for a premier room with ocean view & balcony. Room had neither, asked for the room we paid for to be told our room was given to someone else the previous day. Told we could change room the next day, then told they didn't have another room to offer us. 'It is impossible to recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here on future trips. My first hint was when the hotel was not listed on rhe grab transport app, so I found myself standing on the side of the road at the bus stop at 11.30pm trying to work out how to find the place ... turns out their listing on wotif is different to the name of the actual hotel.
