"O banheiro, principalmente onde se toma banho foi MUITO sujo. O mofo, boló estava em TODA, TODA a parte. Onde se toma banho, fazia uns anos sem ser limpado. Porque em um lugar onde só se faz calor e o banho está todo forrado de mofo, boló é por que nunca é limpo. E essa foi a nossa impressão, que tudo era mais ou menos limpo, mas lá, onde se toma banho, ninguém ia para limpar. Solicitei duas vezes limpeza, principalmente lá. Na segunda vez, foram limpar, mas continuou sujo. Lá, onde se toma banho o mofo, boló continuou fazendo parate da decoração, dos desenho dos azulejos, continuaram por toda a parte. Infelizmente, a limpeza do banheiro foi mais do que insuficiente."
