People sitting all over the place, the floor etc. food on the floor. Insane is a mild word. The Room AC was mediocre. Breakfast buffet food and service poor. We could not get...

'Overall a very clean and adequate space for being close to the beach. There were enough beach tags, chairs, umbrellas that you don’t need your own. Household supplies were well stocked and available. They also allowed our two small dogs. But there is no queen bed as listed.'

'We traveled with small children for a weekend trip to the shore and had a wonderful time. Bret was very communicative and accommodating and we really loved the space. It was clean, organized, and very comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach or to walk into town to the nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed it and definitely recommend it!'

'Joe was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is clean, well-stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. When I needed an extra night with short notice, he was willing to help right away. The house was solid, nothing fancy, but has a great pool table and games. We loved the hot tub. It served us well for our Thanksgiving family reunion!'
