Beautiful hotel! Amazing breakfast!
But we booked for a hockey tournament and when we were told we were not able to book as a team but book individual rooms we did just that which didn’t seem like a big deal…. But then when we arrived we are to find out there is 3 other teams booked at this hotel, which is fine… but then we found out that they had the pool booked so we were unable to use the pool getting kicked out and then there was specific times we were able to let out kids swim. So we complied and worked with the staff and booking our teams times, the staff then proceeded to allow other teams into our time slots causing chaos with teams after we held out kids outta there to accommodate them and the other teams… we were told to basically suck it up. The staff is absolutely horrible and we even had one of the staff member enter a room to yell at kids were watching a movie and not causing any issues when she even stated that there was running in the hall but proceeded to go into the room rather then check the halls…. I would not recommend this hotel for any event unless you want to stay in your room permanently and be treated like trash!!!
