The bedroom had water all over the floor, there js no breakfast, it was dirty and the staff is not professional at all. Very disappointed.

We checked out after the first night and had to find another hotel. There were homeless people everywhere and a junkie shooting up in the entrance when we arrived. The smell in the building is horrific and you could see where the room door had previously been pryed open.

Horrible hotel to stay at, the property is run down, there are half finished projects all over the hotel. Drunks and schechy people from the bar walking down the halls. Kitchenet room has stove leaning off the wall and zero items available for the kitchenet to actually cook with. Room is dirty and bathroom was so dirty it had to be cleaned before being usable! Don't recommend

When I booked on Expedia it said our room was supposed to have a balcony, a seperate dining area, coffee/tea maker, queen size bed and a few other minor stuff. No balcony(hotel staff said kitchen units don't have balcony) no coffee tea maker no seperate area at all and the bed was so small the rails stuck out on the side. When I made the original compliant to Expedia they did amazing at trying to reach the hotel but to our amazement they were NEVER able to reach the front desk. Oh and the "free breakfast" was in a paper bag with an apple muffin and a juice box. There were even signs saying free fresh breakfast.....

Pretty run down. Homeless behind the building. Smells bad. Was bitten by something. Sketchy tenants. Paper thin walls. Was cheap though and the front desk was courteous.

The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. The bedding was clean but had cigarette burns throughout despite being a "non-smoking" room. The rest of the room appeared to have a rush clean done so not very thorough.

They assigned me a room undergoing renovation, making my stay unpleasant. Despite my request for a different room due to excessive dust and malfunctioning doors, they declined. The breakfast was subpar, consisting of only one apple and a cup of coffee. The staff's rudeness further adds to my dissatisfaction, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff are friendly. However the rooms are filthy. The first room was dirty with crumbs on the counter grease in the sink and tobacco on the mattress under the sheets so I got a second room but it was way worse. I actually went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and bedding. It took me 45 minutes just to clean the bathtub and toilet. I had to sweep debris off of the mattress before I could make the bed etc. I had to stuff towel’s between the door and frame as well as under the door so that the cigarette and pot smoke from the hallway wouldn’t come in the room. There were dogs barking all night. Fighting in the hallway and outside. I could go on

When my staff asked your boyfriend/husband about the pet fees, he answered back that, Alexandra would pay it, but you guys left. Again, we as a whole team once again, apologize for the discomfort.

Reasonable price and a very comfortable bed. There was a pervasive smell of stale cigarette smoke throughout. Room smelled stale. Cigarette burns on the tub and bedspread. (Non smoking room) couldn't figure out how to use the shower. It didn't have a diverter.

Finding a parking spot out front was difficult due to the bar next door. The smell of pot coming from the other rooms wasn't pleasant and the arguing from couples keeping me up. Other than that the stay was good.

The place is generally run down. Exterior door lock is broken. Interior door doesn’t seal properly. The single round shower faucet knob is missing so you cannot control temperature. Bath tub floor is painted and peeling. My son said that the white bed sheet smells. On the bright side. It wasn’t too noisy.

This is not a nice place. Kitchenette had no dishes, TV didnt work, scared to take of my shoes, looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed in years. Whole place smelled like cigartees and kitties. Will absolutely not be booking again.

Gross dirty … very poor condition in the hallways in the stairwells in the rooms. It took me 25 minutes just to get front desk staff. Then when I finally got checked in, they give me the key to somebody else’s room, and I walked in when it was occupied. Barking dogs throughout the hall from the rooms. Room was dirty with crusty food on the floor and the sheets and pillows were stained and had hair in them. The room Was definitely not vacuumed. You get what you paid for. This definitely is not a super 8 quality but better then a truck.
