'Amazing views. Perfect location. Morning sunrise and evening sun sets. Pool was a nice place to sit around and talk about the amazing beaches from the day. Host was fantastic, Giving us some great advice and recommendations. The kitchen being open to the outside was so nice, warm breezes and amazing view. The house was perfect for the three couples to enjoy exploring St. John. '

'We stayed on this property March 31, through April 4th 2026. While the view is stunning from this property, it still needs a little TLC. Many things need upgraded. The beach chairs need to be replaced, outdoor furniture could be upgraded, and some of the holes in the concrete walls should be repaired. Overall, the check-in process was outstanding, the view was amazing and property itself was nice. Also, if you rent a jeep parking is very limited. I would suggest each unit should have its own...

'We had a great stay at Ryan’s place in point pleasant! The location was perfect- 5 minutes to groceries and several beach options, plus walking distance to resort amenities like great restaurants when we got sick of driving. The villa itself has amazing views, comfortable bed, and is furnished with everything we needed. Really appreciated the access to beach chairs and a cooler to borrow as well! '

'Kitchen well equipped House clean '

'The property was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, I do need to point out that the pool was way too cold to use and when we requested to have the heat turned on, we were charged an additional 95 per day. This was not indicated on the listing and this is the first time that I have had to pay an additional fee in order to utilize an amenity that is a selling point for booking the property. 'Villa was renovated with a modern, classy look. Very clean and spacious. Host was very nice and consistently checked-in to make sure our stay was perfect. Very close to downtown, grocery store, amenities, and scenic view of the harbor. '
