'My group and I had another wonderful stay at the Bay Cottage! The space is sparkling clean when we arrived and the location cannot be beat. Tara is also very responsive and attentive which makes for an even better stay!'

'Beautiful home. So welcoming and immaculate. Very quiet neighborhood, yet minutes away from shops, beaches, groceries, and The Snowy Owl for a mocha! Beautiful big yard and patio area. We would highly recommend this rental. '

'I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. '

'Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!'

'Place was clean. Several issues reported by guests that were not addressed. Screens were still broken.Front door landing has settled with over a 10 inch drop. Bottom step is an unstable stack of cement blocks. Toilet was not repaired from last guests comments.Hard to navigate safely. Air conditioning worked well. Fire pit was so rusted, unsafe to use. Location is great, needs some TLC.'

'Location was great. Host communication excellent. Pictures on the listing were a bit misleading. House was older than I realized and could use some updates. But overall a clean large house. Comfortable. '
