Very squeaky bedframe, dirty sofa in the leaving room, sparse bathroom with no shower curtain, cheap faucets and towels that have seen a better life. All white floors are beautiful but you can see all the dirty spots. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job.'

After I communicated this with the reception they told me they were hearing weird noises. While breaking into my room they destroyed the locking system of the door.
I told the receptionist to order a Taxi for 10am, but he forgot to do so. I had to pay double the price for a transfer to the airport than the usual taxi price. (100 RON)

'The room was pretty good . The location is not that close to the city center and the neighbourhood close to the train station is not the most beautiful, but the residence was quite nice. The only issue and I think was not exactly their fault is that one of the beds smelled really bad ( humid smell, I guess it was because previous guests left humid towels in the bed and remain there long time) .'

'The staff was very friendly and accommodating. And the Swedish breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh meats and cheeses to accent the variety of egg options available. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the city park located behind the property. An amazing hotel with local attractions within walking distance. Highly recommended! '
