'For budget accommodation it was quite adequate, roomy and clean. The lady at reception was very friendly, she supplied us with extra plates, cutlery etc. without prompting. If we stay in Toowoomba again, we would be happy to return here'

'Nice motel on a perfect location, not far from the city centre but still close to the main roads. Stayed here almost a week, no complains at all. Friendly and service minded staff.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant located next door to the reception. Like in many Australian motels the breakfast is not included in the roomfair, would make things a lot easier to do it the American way.
Recommendable hotel, would stay here certainly again!'

'Our room was ready despite being early and the lady on the desk was very friendly. We were given fresh milk to take to our room which is unheard of in Sydney. Our room was just as described and super clean. Our only annoyance ( no fault of the motel) was on our late arrival back at night, there was no parking spot left. Visitors had used ours.
Overall a lovely, clean and centrally placed motel.'

'Parking is limited under the building, and you have to pay per night. They offer the council parking lot across the road, as though it's part of their facility. Also, they offer breakfast, but there's no buffet. The cafe staff make each meal individually, and on the day I stayed there, the cafe could not meet the demand for breakfast in a timely fashion, as they were grossly understaffed and under-equipped. It meant you had to choose from the takeaway cabinet to be able to make it to work on...

'From check in to check out the entire experience was fabulous. The building is beautiful having been fully renovated. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety, is fresh and beautifully displayed. A ten out of ten for us.'
