'Very disappointing experience. We were supposed to check in at 5 PM, but we did not receive proper check-in instructions. We tried calling and messaging for around 2 hours and got no response, which made the check-in process very stressful. On our checkout date, there was no water, so we could not shower or even brush our teeth. We were never informed ahead of time that the water would be off because of construction. When we contacted them to ask for a partial refund or some form of...

'We had a lovely stay! The place was very clean, everything was easy to find (and labelled!) and was nicely decorated. Check in was simple as very easy to follow instructions were provided on our day of arrival. Communication was also exemplary, they made sure we arrived okay and had everything we needed, and were very quick to respond. The view of the foothills in the area is beautiful!
The only downside is that since the neighbourhood is a new development, there’s not much in walking distance...
