'We chose this hotel last minute after missing our flight. One more night in St Thomas vs returning to snow? Ok!!! The room was great, the view from our room as well as around the resort was very nice. The location is a 10min walk into everything Charlotte Amolie has to offer. Our stay was quiet and pleasant. '

'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. The first room which is literally numbered number one is...

'The room was clean! A little outdated and needs some minor to moderate TLC. The staff was amazing and very helpful!! The only issue I had is the lack of food options available in the area near the hotel. The hotel has so much potential and needs an owner who cares about the property. When that happens, the hotel will easily become 5 stars. The restaurant on the property closed down a year ago and needs to be revamped. '

'I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made. '
