'when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out.'

'Quiet and comfortable room. Easy access from the interstate but without the crowds and noise. Close to restaurants, grocery, shopping. Breakfast is always a nice touch although it was nothing amazing. Will stay again.'

'We were disappointed with a few things. We got there at 7:33 pm and no front desk check in person was present. Front desk was closed so you have to call them on the phone. Expedia info said 9 pm. The lady that had to come check us in appeared to be a bit put out for having to do it. Front desk wasn't open until 9 am so trying to get info or extras was a bit of a task. No coffee maker or dishes in the room was also unpleasant. Maybe we missed it in the descriptions but I have never been to...

'Property shown was nothing like it was in person. Damaged bathroom door, mold on the ceiling of the shower, stains on the bed and over all unsafe feeling. We did not even stay an hour and after contacting Expedia with the complaint and that we were not staying the property was notified. While we were trying to gather our bags and dog to leave the woman working the desk tried to barge in with out knocking. Then proceeded to yell at us when I locked the door while we got out things and a leash on...

'Great everything. Professional and friendly staff Clean, comfortable rooms. The only compaint would be the in room coffee. Coffee in the lobby dining area is perfect.'

'We were in town for a concert, with some friends. The rooms were very nice, with great bathrooms! Everyone was extremely friendly, and over all the stay was wonderful! My only concern was that I feel certain rooms should be specifically for pets. There was dog hair under one of the beds, not a big deal, but someone else could have had an issue with allergies. Great location, about 10 minutes from campus!'

'Room very clean and staff great. The kitchen clean but did not know or was not told that we had to ask for the cooking pots and plates to the kitchen. I just assumed that it would be there like any other kitchenette I stay. Overall, everything was excellent.So was the young lady serving the breakfast?I have no complaints will be staying in the near future'

'Did not care for the breakfast. If you are a health conscious person, then you will like the breakfast, however, if you like a waffle or pancakes and sausage or bacon during the week you can forget about it, not happening.'

'Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross'
