'Location is very good and walkable to lots of good restaurants. In my case the downtown hotels were very expensive so the guesthouse seemed like a good deal in comparison. As long as you have expectations in check (it's a kitschy if not sort of an odd property) then I think it's a very solid choice. We found it to be clean and the staff tried very hard. My son was a little taken aback by it and didn't love the boarded up / semi burned building next door... That said it seemed like a safe...

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve '

'My family and I stayed at this hotel for my graduation. I suggest the rooms should have more safety features on the room doors. The door on the inside has no physical lock expect for the chain. The door has no peep hole so you can see who is on the other side of the door. The vents in the bathroom should be cleaned or covered they drop very gross things as one is showering. I think if you added like a breakfast that be cool. I love how they still have the phone booth and the hotel is close...

'This was a very old property under maintained. Towel rack and shower curtain rods were broke. No blankets on the bed, sheets only. Bed had 3 pillows we asked for another they said they were out. No vending machines at all like it showed and said. Ice machine was broke down. Coffee area was disgusting, creamer and sugar piled in the catch treys. Nothing was cleaned off. They showed a microwave and coffee pot in the ovules in each room. They only had a small refrigerator. We were very disappointed...

'Location may be good for convention, but not much street life for expensive downtown hotel. Minimal soaps and shampoo, had to go to front desk for ice.'

'This hotel is pretty good. Room was clean, if uninspiring. Staff were friendly and quick. For the price it would be nice to have waters, coffee in the morning, and breakfast included. Nickel and diming us for water and coffee is nuts.'

'We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Key Bank Arena. We were in Buffalo for the Journey Concert and it was so easy to walk to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was okay - strange entrance into the building which also housed other businesses and we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs to get to the check-in desk (from the parking lot). Very plain hotel, sterile. Check-in staff was great.'
